The team at OMNE|WX has driven the revision of a global financial services firm’s client and employee hospitality experience.

The approach has been about integration; ensuring the operation becomes a seamless and integrated experience with landlord base, building services, outsourced service providers and the firm’s sustainability plans.

Across 250,000 square feet, organised over 9 floors, the project has delivered an overall reduction of conference room and amenity footprint through the consolidation of meeting spaces onto shared conference floors.

Employee coffee amenities have been consolidated and expanded on each floor to create a vertical village with different themes deployed across the floors to encourage exploration and movement.

The employee café has been repositioned to central floor with a high spec designed to boost the quality of the experience whilst reducing space and need for technical services.
